From beginning to end, I was able to communicate via phone, txt or email to someone regarding my car. The staff and transporter gave me updates on my vehicle from pickup to deliver. I definitely recommend using this company for all your Auto transport needs.

My review- Corey booked my transport and Yuri brought it to me. Since they have a multiple-car hauler, 2200 miles in 5 days from Georgia all the way across the country to Idaho was remarkable. Their pricing was competitive, not the most expensive but also nowhere near the least, and they were transparent, unlike those bait-and-switch companies. What truly impressed me was that they never asked for additional money of any kind. Both Corey and Yuri maintained open communication with me every day, keeping me informed and at ease. I must admit, I probably harassed them, but they never complained. Yuri even smiled and said he felt like he knew me, and I was so grateful, I hugged him tightly. Initially, I had called Navi, who had the best online ratings, but the person I spoke with was dismissive and uninterested, acting as if I was interrupting his dinner (and this was the SECOND time i called!) After putting me on hold for 5 minutes, he returned with a bored tone, saying, "What is it you want again?" I was taken aback and told him I wanted a different company before hanging up. As someone approaching 60, my car holds sentimental value, it was my 15th anniversary present, it carries memories of my family, including prom nights, bringing home grandbabies, and even a proposal. It's more than just a possession; it's a treasure trove of memories. I was apprehensive about transporting it with multiple vehicles, but Yuri went above and beyond, moving the vehicles off the mobile parking lot twice to ensure my Solstice didn't get a scratch. Thank you, Corey, for being persistent and calling me back, and thank you, Yuri, for treating my Black Betty with such care. I'm forever grateful to both of you, Teresa.

Excellent Car Moving Service! I had a great experience with this car moving company. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The team kept me updated throughout the process, arrived on time, and handled my vehicle with great care. My car arrived in perfect condition and earlier than expected. The price was fair, and the customer service was top-notch. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free auto transport service!

Long Distance Auto Transport FAQ

Common questions about cross-country car shipping

How long does long distance auto transport take?

Long distance transport typically takes 7-14 days depending on the distance and route. Cross-country shipments (coast to coast) generally take 10-14 days, while shorter long-distance routes may take 5-10 days. Weather conditions and carrier schedules can affect delivery times.

Is long distance transport more expensive than short distance?

While the total cost is higher for long distance transport, the cost per mile is actually lower. Long distance shipments benefit from economies of scale, making them more cost-effective than multiple short trips. Most long distance quotes range from $800-$1,500 depending on distance and vehicle type.

How do you track my vehicle during long distance transport?

We provide real-time GPS tracking for all long distance shipments. You'll receive regular updates on your vehicle's location as it crosses state lines. Our customer service team monitors progress and provides proactive communication throughout the cross-country journey.

What routes do your long distance carriers use?

Our carriers use major interstate highways for safety and efficiency. Routes like I-10 (coast to coast southern), I-80 (coast to coast northern), I-95 (east coast), and I-5 (west coast) are commonly used. Route selection is optimized for your specific pickup and delivery locations.

Do I need special preparation for long distance transport?

Long distance transport requires the same preparation as any auto transport: remove personal items, ensure less than 1/4 tank of gas, document existing condition, and remove or secure loose parts. The carrier will inspect your vehicle at pickup and delivery for your peace of mind.

Are long distance carriers different from local carriers?

Yes, long distance carriers specialize in interstate transport and cross-country routes. They have experience with varying state regulations, optimal routing, and extended journey logistics. These carriers typically have larger trucks and more advanced tracking systems for long haul efficiency.
